51Days Challenge‌ for Self Conditioning स्व परिवर्तन से समाज परिवर्तन A Powerful Continued Education Program by VIERT LIFE वियर्ट लाइफ :

The 1st day (16.01.20) Challenge was "Early to bed and Early to Rise". In order to maintain good health, we must have deep sleep of average 7 hours daily. It depends on our physical activities also. 

The 2nd day (17.01.20) Challenge was "after getting up early and drinking hot water (3 to 4 glasses) and after getting fresh we have to do Yoga and Pranayama or Exercise for 20 to 30 minutes everyday in the morning.

The 3rd Day (18.01.20) Challenge was.. 
Throughout the day say in your mind "I love myself and I love what I do" and be connected with whatever you do throughout the day. Check this awareness in the interval of every 15 minutes. If possible, set alarm to remind it.

The 4th Day Challenge was to remain thankful for the God, your parents, your teachers, mentors, friends, relatives and for all who have helped you directly or indirectly. Pay heartiest gratitude for all whose services you have been using, e.g. farmers and all people who have served in making clothes, roads, buildings, trains, cars, buses, motorcycles and all things.  When we remain grateful, then we remain humble and we allow our neurology to function with it's optimum potential. But when we have ego-thinking that we use services in exchange of our money then somewhere there remains internal struggle and we restrict flow of life energy. That's why we should remain thankful for all the things & services that we use. So please be conscious about it throughout the day.

#The_5th_Day_Challenge is to #find_out_our_weaknesses due to which we are not able to #bridge_the_gap between what we want to become and what we are today; what we need to do and what we are doing. Throughout the day we have to think that are there really #external_circumstances that prevent us to bridge the gap ? Or, are we ourselves creating obstacles by our some unwanted habits ? We have to think innocently. Doing #Meditation frequently will help in the best way. No one is going to do our push-ups, we have to do it by ourselves. In my opinion, what I have experienced, we ourselves really don't want to put the sufficient efforts in the direction of  achieving the goals. We don't take "#massive_action". Actually 99% is not sufficient for boiling water; without 1%, 99% is of no use. Similarly we will have to cross the limit that is required for achieving the goals. To give 100% is called massive action. So in order to find out your weaknesses, you must have a pocket note book in which you must make a list of weaknesses and work on them. Also be aware of the necessary actions that you want to apply and write them. Actually to shine like the Sun you will have to burn like the sun, not burning by physical fire but concentrating your mind on the things that you will apply silently in your life.

In the direction of #Self_Conditioning we have to follow all these challenges everyday strictly for 51 days.. after that they will become our #Permanent_Habit.
