#The_15th_Day_Challenge (for 30.01.2020) : Our #breathing is directly connected to our #emotions and it's converse is also true. For convenience, we have taken mainly two types of emotions- positive and negative. When we have positive emotions, our breathing is deep and we remain relaxed but when we have negative emotions, our breathing becomes short and we remain disturbed. Since we all are trying to have #peaceful, #successful and #prosperous_life unknowingly through whatever we are doing. So, for this at least 3, 4 times a day, for minimum 5 minutes, we have to observe our #natural_breathing and we have to make it deeper and deeper. We have to also check consciously that when we have any negative and positive emotions then what is difference between the two corresponding breathings.

By having #awareness_of_breathing we can lead very very #successful_and_prosperous_life. It has #great_significance in our life.  

In the direction of #self_empowerment you have to follow this Challenge strictly for 51 days along with all previous challenges, after that they will become your #permanent_habits that will provide you #Sustainable_Success.

#The_11th_Day_Challenge (for 26.01.2020) : Everyone of us dreams of having #energetic, #charming & #fit_body. But do you know what is it's secret ? Generally you will say; having #quality_food_timely; #doing_Yoga, #Pranayama, #Exercise_daily. It's absolutely right. But one thing that is very very important is having your mind completely #transparent like a baby; #completely_innocent; #no_guilt, #no_anger, #no_fear, #no_jealousy, #no_ego. But you may think, in today's scenario; is it possible ? ..... Yes, it's possible. Again I am saying it's possible. But it's not so easy. It's "Sadhanaa" or a type of "Tapasya". It requires #higher_level_consciousness. If we follow one concept that #all_are_our_guests_on_this_planet; #we_all_are_guests_here.  Your spouse is your guest; your children are guests, your relatives are guests, your friends are guests etc...* 

How do you behave with your guests ?

 When you think like this then automatically you feel completely different. You will be in the #state_of_harmony... And when you remind this at every hour, your mind will be completely free from all negativity and you will be in state of #optimum_wellness which will provide you a #child_like_mind. 

So, today you have to practice this throughout the day that all are my guests. Once you change your #point_of_view, all things will be changed completely. In my personal opinion, our life is a play of point of view only.

#The_9th_Day_Challenge {24.01.2020} : 
We have a very big responsibility to spread this Belief that "#We_never_fail; #either_we_win_or_we_learn." When we don't get the #desired_result even then we move a little towards our desired result. This is also a #Success. According to a Survey, 97% people quit after 1, 2 or 3 attempts. Only 3% people #try_again_and_again until they succeed. And these 3% people #rule_the_world. #Thomas_Alva_Edison when discovered a bulb after 10,000 attempts then a press conference was organized and he was asked, your 9999 attempts were in vain because you discovered after 10 thousands attempts. He replied, "My 9999 attempts were not in vain because I learnt that by these 9999 attempts a bulb was not glown. This was also a success for me, I will have to search a new way."

 Actually #trying_again_and_again_creates_passion_in_us.

 Why is it #our_responsibility ? Because we are aware about it. Our society can be changed only by the people like us, rest of us are busy only in "Roti, Kapda aur Makan" 🤔 and it is not their fault, they have been taught like that way. 

So we must always remember and practice this throughout the day, "#We_never_ever_fail; either we win or we learn."

#The_8th_Day_Challenge : {23.01.2020}
Give 80% of your time to 20% most important works. For this take a diary, make a list of all works that you have to accomplish today. Now arrange them according to your priority list. Now estimate your available time on that day. After that Set Alarm for every one  hour, by doing this you will measure your speed of working and you will find that what you need to do to complete the assignment in the given time interval. In this way you will remain #time_conscious and you will observe the time passing through you. This is most important in our life that how we use our available time. By using this principle you will never have conflictions in your mind and you will never be struggling with yourself because you already know what I have to do and 
what I have not to do. There will be 100% clarity. This is not only for one day but we have to take this challenge everyday. Actually any work that comes in our priority list is important but if we don't complete it in a given time interval then it becomes urgent.. and sometimes we have to replace the most urgent work by the previous important work.. So we have to make a habit of doing work in time.

#The_7th_Day_Challenge : #Have_the_Remote_Control_of_your_Emotions_in_your_hands. Don't let anyone to play with your Remote Control.. It means you have to be the #master_of_Emotions. Generally what happens is most of us most of the time we give our remote control to other people. If they say or behave well with us then we feel good but if they say or behave not in our favor we feel so disturbed that our whole day gets disturbed. That means we have given our #remote_control to other people. Not only that, we have given our remote control to #external_circumstances also. If there is some change in weather, if it rains suddenly, we get disturbed saying that the weather became very bad!  
What we have to do is if we can change the things that are in our control, then do change by applying our 100% capability. But if the things happening around are not in our control, we should accept at that time. So we have to either change or accept, but if we remain #struggling_with_ourselves not reaching at any conclusion that means we are waisting our maximum #life_energy. So, throughout the day, we have to be so aware so conscious that we must have the remote control of our emotions in our hands. This can do done easily by doing #relaxation_practice or #meditation. If you don't get any quality then praise his /her way of speaking or, dress up style or, mobile or, pen or, anything.. but do praise him / her. By doing this you help a person #live_happily_on_this_globe with #increased_level_of_Confidence. According to a Survey by #Forbes_Magazine, 85% #people_hate_their_job. One of the main reasons behind it is that they don't get any #appreciation for their works. Actually they are #deprived_of_love and appreciation. We, together, can decrease this percentage by following this challenge.

The 1st day (16.01.20) Challenge was "Early to bed and Early to Rise". In order to maintain good health, we must have deep sleep of average 7 hours daily. It depends on our physical activities also. 

The 2nd day (17.01.20) Challenge was "after getting up early and drinking hot water (3 to 4 glasses) and after getting fresh we have to do Yoga and Pranayama or Exercise for 20 to 30 minutes everyday in the morning.

The 3rd Day (18.01.20) Challenge was.. 
Throughout the day say in your mind "I love myself and I love what I do" and be connected with whatever you do throughout the day. Check this awareness in the interval of every 15 minutes. If possible, set alarm to remind it.

The 4th Day Challenge was to remain thankful for the God, your parents, your teachers, mentors, friends, relatives and for all who have helped you directly or indirectly. Pay heartiest gratitude for all whose services you have been using, e.g. farmers and all people who have served in making clothes, roads, buildings, trains, cars, buses, motorcycles and all things.  When we remain grateful, then we remain humble and we allow our neurology to function with it's optimum potential. But when we have ego-thinking that we use services in exchange of our money then somewhere there remains internal struggle and we restrict flow of life energy. That's why we should remain thankful for all the things & services that we use. So please be conscious about it throughout the day.

#The_5th_Day_Challenge is to #find_out_our_weaknesses due to which we are not able to #bridge_the_gap between what we want to become and what we are today; what we need to do and what we are doing. Throughout the day we have to think that are there really #external_circumstances that prevent us to bridge the gap ? Or, are we ourselves creating obstacles by our some unwanted habits ? We have to think innocently. Doing #Meditation frequently will help in the best way. No one is going to do our push-ups, we have to do it by ourselves. In my opinion, what I have experienced, we ourselves really don't want to put the sufficient efforts in the direction of  achieving the goals. We don't take "#massive_action". Actually 99% is not sufficient for boiling water; without 1%, 99% is of no use. Similarly we will have to cross the limit that is required for achieving the goals. To give 100% is called massive action. So in order to find out your weaknesses, you must have a pocket note book in which you must make a list of weaknesses and work on them. Also be aware of the necessary actions that you want to apply and write them. Actually to shine like the Sun you will have to burn like the sun, not burning by physical fire but concentrating your mind on the things that you will apply silently in your life.

In the direction of #Self_Conditioning we have to follow all these challenges everyday strictly for 51 days.. after that they will become our #Permanent_Habit.
